The processing temperature for OxyPad ® self-adhesive membrane pads is between +16°C and +35°C. In the case of pressure-sensitive adhesives which are carried out at lower temperatures, the initial strength of the bond is reduced.
Good adhesive bonds are achieved on smooth surfaces or surfaces up to a roughness depth of 10 microns. Rough surfaces tend to require thicker adhesive.
